The lodge itself has a huge couch that has a great outside view. The split log table and chairs offers another sitting area. Adjacent to the lodge space is the laundry area, and next to that is a guest shower.
There is a nook there too for folding clothes or maybe hosting a buffet. The lodge and grounds have been hosted for many weddings, receptions showers, birthday parties, class reunions, celebrations of life, family reunions, graduations. Go through the French doors and enter the office which has tackle, rods and reels, some grocery and supply, clothing, and more. Up to date booking system, user friendly for reservations. Year around business. Enter the home portion of the Lodge. Living room with lots of natural light. Dining area has sliding door that leads to large concrete stamped patio. Kitchen has stainless steel stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Center island. Stairs leads to downstairs, currently unfinished. Has utility room. Lots of storage. Back upstairs to 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and door leads to 2 stall garage. Garage has cement apron leading to garage doors. Stairs in garage lead to 1 room with windows and bathroom. Has been rented out when cabins are full. Go back to living room and go up the split log staircase to main bedroom and bath. Bedroom has 2 sets of closets on 2 sides of room. Nice natural light. Bath has oversized tub with jets. Right next to main bedroom area is a room available for nursery or office. There is a nice playground for the kids. Basketball, volleyball. 5 rv sites with water, electric, sewer hookups. Daily, monthly, seasonal available.
Loon cabin has its own deck overlooking lake, kitchen, 4 bedrooms. 1 Full bath.
Deer cabin has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, Full bathroom, deck overlooking lake and fireplace.
Blue Gill Cabin has 2 bedrooms, Kitchen, 3/4 bath, deck overlooking lake.
Moose Cabin has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, full bath, fireplace.
Bear Cabin has 3 bedrooms, Kitchen, 3/4 bath, fireplace.
Wolf Cabin has 2 bedrooms, 3/4 bath, kitchen.

Go across the road and swim in Dark Lake, take out the pontoon, paddle board, etc. Clear Lake has boats, kayaks, and pontoon available. Go fishing in Dark or Clear lake for walleye, northern pike, bullhead, perch, sunnies, bass and more. Hiking trails on resort property. Hike over to Mud Lake hop in the jon boat to hunt ducks. Food plots are planted for the deer to feast on. Beautiful in the fall due to all the maple trees. Could be a good side business selling maple syrup, candy, or open it up to the public to show how getting maple syrup is done. This property has acres and acres to expand if desired. Near snowmobile and atv trails. Near many other fishing lakes Red Lake, Lake of the Woods, Island lake, Lake Winnie and more. Hunt the white-tail deer, bear, grouse, geese, ducks and more.
